At Nutmeg State Nutrition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of receipt.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
